Gordon Dryden studied Fine Art at Leeds College of Art and qualified as a teacher at Bretton Hall in the late sixties. Throughout the eighties and nineties he ran regular life drawing and sculpture workshops in the Department of Adult Education at the University of Leicester in the Studio which subsequently transferred to the Richard Attenborough Centre for Disability and the Arts. Although he has had a studio in Nottingham before, he moved to his present studio just off Nottingam’s Market Square two years ago where he spends as much time as his parallel career as a disability policy specialist allows. |
